Magnetic levitation holds the moon in mid-air, so nothing touches it and nothing hides the effect
Three light tones on touch control, so it works as a lamp and not just a trick
Rotates slowly on its own, so the surface detail actually reads from across the room
USB powered, so it plugs into a laptop, a wall plug or a power bank

It floats. That is the whole pitch.

The KOV Levitating Moon Lamp holds a textured lunar globe in mid-air on a magnetic base and spins it slowly. There is no arm, no wire into the globe, nothing propping it up. People notice it before they notice anything else in the room.

Touch the base to cycle three light tones, from warm to cool. Sizes run from 12cm for a desk or bedside table up to 18cm when you want it to be the thing people look at. It runs off USB, so it will sit anywhere you can reach a plug.

It is also the safest gift bet in the store. People photograph it before they thank you.

Frequently asked questions

How does the moon lamp levitate?

The base uses magnetic suspension to hold the moon globe above it. The globe needs to be centred in the magnetic field during setup before it will float steadily.

Is the lamp noisy while it floats?

There is no motor driving the levitation. The moon is magnetically suspended and rotates slowly once balanced.

Which size should I choose?

The 12cm option is the most compact for a desk or bedside table, 15cm gives more presence, and 18cm is the strongest statement size for a shelf or room display.

What lighting options are available?

The listing includes three-colour touch-control versions and multi-colour versions, depending on the selected variant.
