Why we exist

Most online stores either sell you three products at a premium, or drown you in forty thousand listings with no reason to trust any of them.

KOV sits in between on purpose. We pick a small number of things per room, we check them, we price them fairly, and we ship them tracked. Lighting, kitchen tools, baby gear, pet essentials, outdoor bits. The stuff that makes a house feel finished.

How we choose products

Everything we list has to clear three things: it has to work, it has to survive normal use, and it has to be worth the price against what local retail charges for the same item. If a product fails any of those, we do not list it, however well it might sell.

How we handle it when we get it wrong

Sometimes a parcel is late. Sometimes an item turns up damaged. When that happens you get a real reply from a real person within one business day, and you get a replacement or a refund, your choice.

How we price

We work with vetted overseas fulfilment partners instead of holding local stock. That is the whole reason we can sell the same products below local retail. The trade-off is delivery in 7 to 14 business days instead of next-day, and we say so upfront on every product page rather than burying it.
