Before you ask

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then arrive in 7 to 14 business days anywhere in New Zealand. Larger items can take up to 18. Rural delivery may add 1 to 3 days. Every order includes tracking.

Where do your products ship from?

We work with vetted overseas fulfilment partners rather than holding local stock. That is how the pricing stays below local retail on the same products, and it is why our delivery window is 7 to 14 business days rather than next-day. We would rather tell you upfront than surprise you after you order.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return, unused and in original packaging, with return postage paid by you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you, usually without asking you to post anything back. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply regardless of these timeframes.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Allow 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for tracking to become active, and expect a quiet period mid-transit while the parcel moves between carriers. That is normal. If it has not updated after 7 business days, email us.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout in NZD, and we never see or store your card details.
